Le Vigne Farmhouse was purchased in the 1980s by the Moggi family, who at the time found in the land a farm with a barn and agricultural outbuildings partially restored to be used as a Farmhouse at the beginning of 2022.
The three apartments are located in the residential area of Monticiano, a medieval village in the province of Siena, where you can enjoy total peace and privacy but at one step away from the village center and all the services it offers.
The apartments have been refurbished according to modern furnishings, however, giving importance to the rustic aspects and details of the Tuscan countryside.
Lavanda
Lavanda, (63 sqm) is located entirely on the ground floor and consists of:

Camelia, (70 sqm) is also located on the ground floor and consists of:

- relaxation area in front of the wood-burning fireplace

- bathroom with shower
Outside, a small dining area and barbecue are available to guests (this shared with Girasole) and parking space.
This apartment is subject to all regulations in order to accommodate disabled people.
Girasole
Currently occupied long term, therefore not bookable
Girasole, (58 sqm) is located on the 1st floor of the same building where Camelia is located, and is composed of:

- wood-burning fireplace
- a double bedroom
- possibility of an extra single bed in the living room
- small laundry / storage room
- bathroom with shower
Externally, a small dining area and barbecue (the latter shared with Camelia) and a parking space are also available to guests for this apartment.
